If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or an exchange.* It's that simple.

How to return an order:

Call Us at 1-800-774-3672 and you will be given a Return Authorization Number.

Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the replacement cost.

Insure Your Package. For your protection, please insure every return and make sure you get a receipt confirming your return has reached us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

Conditions of return:
Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund.

Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Orders received after 30-day will not be accepted for a refund, exchange or repair.

Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

Custom orders like orders with engraving, special finger sizes cannot be accepted back for a return. Badly packed or uninsured items will not be accepted.

* Returns on items bought with American Express will have 3% withheld due to policies set by American Express.
